Panelist is a daily logic puzzle about the breaker panel in your basement. Eight unlabeled breakers, twelve rooms and appliances, and six turns to work out which breaker feeds what.
Why we made it
Everyone who has owned or rented a home knows this one. You need to swap a light fixture, the panel labels are smudged pencil or just say "misc," and you end up yelling "Did the kitchen go off?" up the basement stairs. We wanted a game built around that moment.
So every day there's a new house with an unlabeled panel. Switch off a few breakers at once, flip, and see which rooms go dark. Each flip leaves a trail of lit and dark on every room, and of on and off on every breaker. Match the trails and you've found the wire. When you think you've got it all, set a breaker on every room and call it. A right call ends the day. A wrong one costs a turn and tells you how many rooms you got right, except on Hard days, when it just says "not quite."
The week gets harder as it goes. Monday and Tuesday let you switch off four breakers at once. Midweek it's three. Friday through Sunday it's still three, and wrong calls stop giving anything away.

Every day is fair
Each panel is built from the date and checked before it goes live, so a perfect reader can always map it in par. No luck required, though luck is allowed.
The house keeps the answer
Your browser never sees the wiring. Every flip and every call is judged on our server, so nobody can peek and everybody plays the same puzzle.
Spoiler-free sharing
Your share card shows which breakers you flipped, never how the house is wired. Friends can see how you played it. They still have to map it themselves.
Better with friends
Private leagues are on the way. Your group chat, office, or trivia team will get its own leaderboard.
